Yossi's imagination sometimes gets him into trouble. Like when he imagines his kindergarten teacher Lizzie is actually a fire breathing dragon. Joined with his knight doll Alex, he plots from the sandbox in the kindergarten yard. A decision is made. They will save the kindergarten from the hands of teacher Lizzie and expel her from the kindergarten forever. Will Yossi's dreamy quest succeed, as he transforms from boy to a magician and Alex becomes his knight and accomplice as they go on the epic fight against Lizzie the dragon of Bareket Fortress. In this project I joined forces with Ariad Shiknagi from Pan Studio. The process of producing an animated film is very different from the process of producing a live one. The work process consists of a much longer design process to pinpoint the animation. The research took many monthes and included all the steps and processes that animation requires. Working with designers in the character modeling phase, painters in creating the storyboard and with the animators working on the shooting script. When we got to the animation stage we were able to enjoy the fruits of hard work and see the story come to life.
